I have to take some time to wish K.C. a Happy Birthday! We’re goin gout to a 4 star restaurant tonite to celebrate his birthday. I have to work this afternoon, but we have 20:30 reservations at Melisse.

Can’t wait to see you tonite!

Dial the Gate!

Earlier on Thursday, 9/8 radio and tv transmissions and some power grids were affected by some Solar activity. A massive solar flare was detected around 1300 hours EST on Thursday, September 8. Locations on Earth that were facing the sun most possibly were affected. It was speculated that radio use in the Katrina Recovery effort area were disrupted for a time today.

So what does this have to do with the title of this post? If you know the answer, comment below!

Clue: The Federal Government could use this to better handle the events of Hurricane Katrina.
