Default Babysitter
It never fails that whenever I visit Vegas to see my sisters and their families, that I end up babysitting. My sister Beth asked if I could watch her kids and my other sisters’ kids while she goes to a dinner at the Rio. She SWORE she would be back by 9:30. Charlie, my brother-in-law was out for the night as well with his buds preparing for Fantasy Football on Sunday. They both said they would be back. I told them I wanted to go out, cuz the last 4-5 times I visited, I never got to go out. They swore they would be back and my sis even said “…here are the keys to the Aviator if you need it.”
So I sat back, hangin out with the kids. Ordered a pizza, we all watched Monster In Law (it was an ok movie..I laughed quite a few times) and then 9:30 came. Then 10:30. Then 11:30.
They are still out! I said to myself…Scott..you got screwed again. They finally arrived around 12:30. Too tired to complain, I just said hey and went to bed.

my brother-in-law just bought a new plasma screen, 54″ something or another and it was mounted on the wall. The picture on this thing is SCARY!!! I’ve never seen anythingn like it. I guess I never paid enough attention to these things in the store cuz I knew I would never have enough money to own one. While Monster In Law was playing, it was like looking thru a window into their world. I swear I could touch JLo’s face. The picture was so fucking clear! I want one of these now.

It was hotter than hell again today. I don’t know how Chris Hegadorn and Ragan Fox in Phoenix can do this day after day in 108+ temperatures! Everytime I got out of the car or opened the door it was like being hit with 100 hairdryers set on HIGH. Ugh!
